As VP Marketing + Operations at Kaufmann Mercantile, I oversaw growth and marketing strategy for brand, partnerships and digital marketing. Additionally I served as the business lead for editorial, product development and customer experience teams, co-coordinating our team's work across all departments.
In addition to building core growth-driving infrastructure and driving all channel marketing programming, I led repositioning of the brand strategy to better focus on target market, launch of a bestselling tie-in book, launch of a private label furniture line and the production and launch of a print catalog.
